1. What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Delivery: Free shipping, typically takes around 10 days for your order to arrive.
- Express Delivery: Delivered within 4-5 days for a fee of $20. If your order is over $400, you get free express shipping!
All shipping is free from China, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
2. How can I use a promo code?
It’s easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Add items to your cart.
- During checkout, enter your promo code in the "Promo Code" field.
- The discount will automatically be applied to your order.
Current Promo Codes:
- HOT5: Get 5% off any order.
- HOT10: Get 10% off orders above $350.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
After you place your order, we will send you an invoice with a secure payment link for you to complete your transaction.
4. How can I find the right shoe size?
We want your shoes to fit perfectly! Please refer to our Size Guide for women’s footwear (sizes 34-46). You can find a size chart with measurements in centimeters to help you choose the right fit. If you're unsure, we recommend measuring your foot length and comparing it with the chart.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase if they are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Returns: Contact us for a return authorization and shipping label.
- Exchanges: Choose a replacement item once we process your return.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
6. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping to all countries. No matter where you are, we’ll get your order delivered right to your door!
7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Standard Delivery: Typically 10 days.
- Express Delivery: 4-5 days for faster shipping.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
