Return & Exchange Policy:
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are allowed up to 14 days after purchase.
- Eligibility: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
- How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
- For exchanges, simply choose a replacement item once your return is processed.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
